A petition to Oregon state legislators and the governor, started by Brayden Sanders, founder of County Commons.

Why it matters

License-plate cameras are spreading fast, and the rules for their data differ town to town. We ask Oregon lawmakers to set statewide limits: how long the data can be kept, who it can be shared with, a warrant or written reason to search it, and a yearly public report from every agency that uses it.
